Recruiter Copilot · Production · v3.1

Automate candidate sourcing — and pay only when they say yes.

Sourcing is the most expensive part of hiring: writing outreach, sending it, chasing replies, booking calls. In-house sourcers charge $150–250/hire in labor for outreach alone. Agencies charge 20% of first-year salary. Our recruiter agent does the sourcing loop end-to-end — sourcing, drafting, sending, following up, scheduling — and you pay $25 per accepted intro, $500 per hire. Nothing else.

FAQ

What counts as an 'accepted intro'?

The candidate replies positively — asks for more info, books a call, or expresses interest. We classify the reply with Claude Sonnet and record the outcome. Disputes are reviewable in the run console; if we mis-classified we refund within 7 days.

How does the agent write in my voice?

On day 1 we point Claude at your last 60 days of outbound recruiting mail (Gmail or LinkedIn). It learns your salutation, sign-off, sentence length, common phrases. You correct it in-line during the first week — corrections feed back into the voice sample.

Do candidates know it's AI?

Drafts are reviewed by you before sending unless you enable autonomous mode. Most candidates can't tell. We do not impersonate you in voice or video — text only.

How is this different from Sense, Findem, or Gem?

Sense / Findem are sourcing platforms — you operate them. Gem is a CRM. We're an agent — we do the sourcing loop end-to-end and bill only on results. See /vs/lindy and /vs/sierra for direct agentic-competitor comparisons.

Do you work with staffing agencies?

Yes. Multi-tenant by default — every search scopes to your client_id, never crosses tenants. The audit chain proves it. Agencies typically run 1 agent per active search.

A $0 outcome audit takes 3 minutes. We'll model your monthly savings against your real volume — and show you what week-one looks like.
